Major Arrests Rock Lake Havasu City: Police Department Cracks Down
Several individuals were recently apprehended by the Lake Havasu City Police Department. These arrests are part of ongoing efforts to maintain law and order in the community.
One suspect faces charges for possession and use of narcotic drugs, possession and use of drug paraphernalia, as well as failure to comply with the Rule of Criminal Procedure. These charges are classified as felonies. Another individual was charged with illegal camping within city limits, which is categorized as a misdemeanor.
In a separate incident, a suspect was charged with criminal littering or polluting for dropping less than 300 lbs. of waste. This offense is also a misdemeanor. Additionally, an arrest was made for disorderly conduct related to noise disturbances, likewise a misdemeanor.
Lastly, a driver was arrested for aggravated DUI while having a suspended or revoked license due to a prior DUI offense. This individual also faces a warrant for charges from another jurisdiction. The DUI charge is classified as a felony, while the warrant charge is a misdemeanor.
