Bowden Takes the Helm as Board President

North Central resident Sheryl Bowden has been named the 2024 Phoenix REALTORS board president. With nearly forty years in the industry, Bowden brings a wealth of experience and a varied skill set to the role.

In addition to her new position, Bowden serves on the boards of the Arizona Association of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS (NAR). She is highly endorsed by NAR for the “At Home with Diversity” and Fairhaven Fair Housing Training, underscoring her dedication to diversity and fair housing initiatives.

Bowden attributes her success to “providing exceptional client service, including open communication, continuous education, and skillful negotiation.” Outside her professional responsibilities, she is actively involved in breeding Golden Retrievers and Golden Doodles, some of which are show dogs.
