2 Teens Seriously Hurt in Pinal County Collision
COOLIDGE, Ariz. — A serious accident on Saturday morning at the intersection of Highway 287 and Nafziger Road has left a 15-year-old girl in critical condition and a 17-year-old boy with significant injuries, according to the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO).
Authorities responded to the scene around 8 a.m. after reports of a single-vehicle rollover crash. Witnesses indicated that the car was driving erratically before the driver lost control.
Both occupants were ejected from the vehicle during the rollover and subsequently airlifted to a nearby hospital. The boy, who was driving, and the girl, a passenger, are now facing serious health challenges as a result of the incident.
