2 Injured in Central Phoenix Crash, Both in Critical Condition
PHOENIX — A tragic car accident in central Phoenix resulted in one death and left another person hospitalized on Friday night.
The incident occurred around 8:30 p.m. near the intersection of Cave Creek and Mountain View roads. According to Phoenix Police Department officials, the driver succumbed to injuries at a local hospital, while a female passenger sustained injuries that are not life-threatening.
The area around Cave Creek Road, specifically from Vogel to Cinnabar avenues, has been closed to traffic as authorities conduct their investigation. Initial reports indicate that the vehicle crashed into a used car dealership, colliding with at least two other parked cars in the process.
